1. After applying massaging oil onto your stomach, massage the lower abdomen in a circular motion going clockwise, and the upper going counter clockwise.
2. Overlap one hand over the other and use both palms to push down while massaging the area around the belly button going clockwise making an arch.
3. Use both hands to take turns in pinching the unwanted excess fat on the area around the belly button going clockwise. Lightly press down on the part you are massaging.
4. Use fingertips to press down on the outer abdomen, a little at a time, going clockwise making an arch.
