Ewha ranked first place in the 2015 Leiden Rankings in Korea, consolidating its stance as the best university in Korea. Leiden Rankings, evaluated by Leiden University in Netherlands, ranks universities by the number of times research papers produced by the universities were cited. Ewha was able to come first for three consecutive years because of the enthusiasm for research and education by the professors and students, along with the support from the school itself. The school will continue to support the production of outstanding research papers.
