Ewha established the Department of Bioinspired Science for the first time in the world to lead a new paradigm in research by combining chemistry, biotechnology, and pharmacology. For the next five years, Ewha will receive 170 billion won from government to provide scholarship to every student in the department, construct a high-tech science building, and support the training system of professors.
