Since its first issue in 1954, Ewha Voice has played a leading role of providing many fascinating articles covering a wide range of subjects, delivering campus-related news and information to Ewhaians, and fostering discussions on hot issues. I have enjoyed reading the newspaper with great interest, and eagerly await each new issue every month. I particularly like how the readers get a chance to include their thoughts, e.g., Guest Contribution, Ewha Voice Critique.
I hope, however, the newspaper will promote more active participation and involvement from readers. I recommend an "interactive" online newspaper which lets its readers post comments or feedback to news articles - something nearly every Korean newspaper does these days. By doing this, Ewha Voice could invite more readers to express their opinions conveniently and easily.
Due to continuing efforts from editors, reporters, and readers for over half a century, Ewha Voice has been a role model for other campus newspapers. In today? era of globalization, an active role of Ewha Voice should be to reach out to and gain a wider readership of those interested in Ewha and Korea. I look forward to your future issues!
