The Credit Cancellation System, officially adopted May 4, allows students to drop a maximum of six credits from their academic transcripts. Only students who have completed six semesters or more are eligible to cancel credits, and are allowed to cancel credits only once. Any courses except the ones that are currently being taken may be cancelled. Students who have a record of cancelling credits are excluded from graduating with honors.
