"A joke is a very serious thing."
-Winston Churchill-

Churchill was the British Prime Minister during the World War II. He was often said to be leading the war by words because of his excellent speeches. One who cannot understand a joke cannot deal with serious problems. He said to his officers, "Smile and teach your soldiers to smile. If you can"t, try to show your teeth, and if you still can"t, don"t come out until you can." He knew that a positive attitude is the first quality needed in leadership and that is what makes Churchill one of the greatest leaders in world history.
